Hello, Good people from Pinch!
Below are two experiential design projects from the last few years of my career. Please enjoy, and have a lovely day.

The 2022
Licensing Expo
BuzzFeed
BuzzFeed has a huge lineup of partnerships to collaborate on various media and consumer goods. Apparently, an important part of these partnerships is licensing, which is why we needed to make an impactful and eye-catching display for the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.
At the time, BuzzFeed’s biggest properties were BuzzFeed (obviously), Tasty, Complex (which they had just acquired) and First We Feast (the entity behind such food-based shows as Hot Ones). Hence, we were asked to create a sort of visual medley of these brands; one that communicated that all these properties existed under one umbrella, but would still express each brand’s individuality.
We decided on these four towering LED displays that sat on either side of a fifth smaller screen in the middle. After the layout was established, we got to design and and animate bold visuals.
These are the animated layouts of each brand’s section of our visual carousel. Gaps were left in the graphics to leave space for video still being cut in the editing room.

Waze
The Waze team moved to a larger office and needed some fresh art on the walls. The new artwork would exist in two places. The first, on a piece of wall surrounding the rear end of a VW bus that they had planned to install onto the wall. The second, along a stretch of glass walls that just needed a little life.
The Waze world is lighthearted and whimsical, and isn’t afraid to be a little out there, which means it’s a joy to be their illustrator.
